wellplayd is a growing startup in the field of good governance and compliance. We work with sports clubs, associations, and NGOs to implement social standards in a digital and practical way: background checks, reporting channels, case management, submissions, digital signatures, and more. Our vision is to help ensure that, through secure and ethical sports structures, people can experience and promote values such as fairness, tolerance, and solidarity in and through sports.

Your responsibilities—*depending on your qualifications, we can determine the focus together*

• Content preparation, research, creating presentations, reporting
• Supporting the maintenance and further development of the financial and business plans
• Templates and reporting for the advisory board, investors, and clients
• Supporting product and process development, as well as sales, customer service, and onboarding
• Assisting with events, trade shows, and webinars
• General startup operations

What you bring to the table

• You are completing a required internship as part of your degree program (e.g., business, social sciences, engineering, sports, psychology, or similar fields)
• A structured approach to work and the ability to take initiative
• Interest in entrepreneurship, sports, digitalization, and social impact
